I created this treatment for a Kid’s Foot Locker project. I used a stretch base adhesive over colored puff ink to lift the foil creating a dramatic embossed effect.
Many development projects never make it through production. This one was a happy success. Close work with the factory was needed to coordinate time tests, source appropriate materials and time test the factory staff on new procedures needed to control damages in production. Time and again I have found that close relationships with the production teams are critical.
